The Redwood Awards is an annual event at Learnnovators that identifies and honours employees for their exceptional attitude, exemplified by traits such as resilience, commitment, versatility, and dedication. The Redwood Awards endorses committed and self-motivated employees who work hard at making a difference. It celebrates immense potential, tenacious hard work, and lofty ambitions. It credits both – “how you work” and “how you approach your work” – thus clearly emphasizing that while knowledge, skills and abilities help define a person’s work, the right attitude defines the person.

About the Redwood Awards
The Redwood Awards are named after the majestic Redwood Tree.
The Redwood Tree, a veritable giant, grows from a seed no bigger than that of a tomato, to reach heights of 367 feet or more. Around since the Jurassic Age, with an average life of about 2000 years, its roots grow out (not down) 900 feet, interlocking with the soil and roots of other trees. Disease, fire and pests cannot conquer the Redwood tree, thus making it evergreen.
