The company has been awarded the ‘Great Places to Work Certification’ (under 100 Employees Category) by the Great Place to Work® Institute (India) for building a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ in the organization.

The Certification is recognized world over by employees and employers alike and is considered the ‘Gold Standard’ in identifying and recognizing Great Workplace Cultures.
Learnnovators underwent a rigorous two-step work culture assessment process in which the company’s programs and practices were captured using the Great Place to Work Culture Audit© framework. Also, all employees at Learnnovators were taken through an anonymised survey to measure their perceptions on the people-related management practices using the Great Place to Work Trust Index© Employee Survey.
Against the national average of 87 amongst India’s Top Companies, Learnnovators scored a whopping 90 in the TRUST INDEX© Score. The five dimensions measured under the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Model were:
